Imperfect Game: Left 4 Dead 2

Left 4 Dead 2 is a horde shooter and an amazing game! so without delay am going to see what makes this game so special.

Left 4 dead 2 is the sequel to a popular co-op zombie horde shooter taking place in a stock zombie outbreak setting and shines on trying something new to the usual zombie attack formula. the game starts with four survivors each with their own personality and identity having to go through an AI controlled zombie action movie with nothing but a wide range of weapons ranging from pistols and baseball bat to a Rambo style machine gun of death and ninja swords to slay the hordes of undead and each other's support in a lonely dead world.

Unlike other games that use one big campaign story Left 4 Dead 2 has many smaller campaigns to shoot and slash your way through. ranging anywhere from shopping malls and streets to the carnival and swamps. The total number of 14 campaigns lasting around 25 to 30 minutes long if you're experienced in each one. My favorite campaign is Dark Carnival for its theme of being an amusement park and each level in the campaign being fresh and replay-able.

The weapons of Left 4 Dead 2 are a wide and diverse bunch of guns and melee weapons. the shotguns are all great in terms of looks and feel and the melee weapons don't feel bad themselves. my favorite gun as the pump shotgun and my favorite melee is the Knife from Counter-Strike. Items in addition to weapons like Med kits are a must for the genre and exploding or burning rounds to make short work of hordes is a dopamine bombshell.

The zombies of Left 4 Dead are a unique bunch having 8 total special infected. most of which either pin your characters forcing teammates to have to rescue you or simply dealing damage or impairing your sight. The AI is special as everything from item spawns to when the game throws a horde of zombies your way to even having a whole randomized maze like on The Parish's graveyard section is decided by something the game's commentary calls the AI director that basically acts similar to a Dungeon Master for the game's Levels, Items and zombie hordes. it adapts to the current state of the game to trigger events and spawn items dynamically to ensure game's not too hard or too easy.
